Plan “B”, when things “fall apart”

Plan “A” usually means success (or just business as usual), and sometimes winning, but this may  fall apart, in many areas of endeavor: people, organization or businesses.   Sometimes they are prepared with a “contingency plans, named B” to deal with disaster, or shame or huge inconveniences.

But Plan “B” should not only take care of things to straiten them out, but to deal with people, PR or the media’s image, to face adversity with resilience, courage  and unwanted feeling or the embarassment of moods, when things (or systems) fall apart; weather a business, a relationship or any event.

Try Plan “C” (contingency) or “D” (disaster)

Plan “B”: cuando todo se derrumba.

Pan “A” es  generalmente el éxito o lo cotidiano,  y cuando el ganar y el éxito en muchas áreas se desvanecen, algunas gente u organizaciones, recurren al   llamado Plan B, de contingencia, para enfrentar el desastre, la vergüenza o lo inesperado e incomodo.

Pero el plan “B”, puede ser algo más que corregir defectos o fallos de cosas y maquinas. Puede significar enfrentar las personas o relaciones publicas dañadas, la imagen, con resiliencia la adversidad de sentimientos encontrados y desagradables, cuando las personas, organizaciones o sistemas se desintegran, ya sea un negocio, una relación o cualquier cosa desagradable e inesperada.

Trate de aplicar  el plan “C” (continencia) o el “D” (Desastre)

Con violencia y destrucción se pueden  lograr algunos objetivos rápidamente.

Con amor y benevolencia se pueden  lograr todos los objetivos, en un tiempo indefinido
