MAN PRINCIPLE EL PRINCIPIO HUMANO

The man principle, which is connected with simplicity, or living in harmony withy heaven and earth. When human beings combine the freedom of heaven with the practicality of earth, they can live in a good human society with one another.

“Because in our culture we overvalue the intellect, we imagine that to become enlightened demands extraordinary intelligence. In fact, many kinds of cleverness are just further obscurations. There is a Tibetan saying: `If you are too clever, you could miss the point entirely`.

Patrul Rinpoche said: `The logical mind seems interesting, but it is the seed of delusion`. People can become obsessed with their own theories and miss the point of everything. In Tibet we say: `Theories are like patches on a coat, one day they just wear off`.”

En nuestra cultura (occidental) sobre valoramos el intelecto, creemos que llegar iluminaros (espiritualmente) requiere de una inteligencia extraordinaria. De hecho muchas formas de astucia son mas oscurecimientos. De hecho muchas formas de astucia son mas impedimentos para despertar a la sabiduría. Hay un dicho Tibetano: “si eres demasiado astuto, puedes perder totalmente el punto (asunto)”.
